You listened to the patient's wishes. If the patient did not wish to have physiotherapy you gently tried to change her mind without applying pressure.
You changed the programme according to the patients feeling each day. You came back later if the patient did not want physiotherapy at its allocated time.

Good.
- Friendly manner.
- Insisting exercises were done correctly, eg when not lifting leg high enough.
- Not accepting the initial refusal to complete exercises but talking around to doing them.
- Checking on weekly progress with care staff and reminding them of requirements.
